That author of that article seems to think "white hats" orchestrated these two events. If "white hats" were to "allow", or "orchestrate" in some way, such an event, they would not have allowed such carnage. (the Vegas event COULD be a symbolic event) The events may highlight things the "white hats" are trying to reveal, but I don't think they ran them, at least not the Vegas one.

Great observation. After I read the article I came to the same conclusion as you. I don't believe New Orleans was a WH production but LV could have been.

I agree with you. I can’t imagine running operations in which there are fatalities/injuries of innocent people.
