I think you're talking about tylenol which is very bad for the liver. My aspirin bottle only talks about bleeding and reyes syndrome
Ah yes I had them mixed up. So then is it ibuprofen and aspirin hard on the kidneys?
And I wonder about those people who take the natural version of aspirin. Salicylic Acid or Bark or w/e. Better or worse for the body? Need to do more research
