I need to clarify: this was an ill-considered throwaway comment because I thought it would be great if the "commander of Gitmo" were there at the event, and because I'd not remembered as I wrote the comment that Space Force didn't even exist then.

So I apologize for any confusion, Rootcause, and I'm now going to delete the comment.
