This is exactly as I understand the situation. The British Commonwealth, owned by the Crown Corporation has been forced into bankruptcy and it's stolen assets have been returned to The People. It just hasn't been announced, yet.

The owners of the Crown Corp. includes the UK Monarchy and The Vatican.
