So, if this above is real, what was the reason he was fleeing? And why were they tracking him and going after him?

What am I missing?

He also says he has a massive VBIED =Vehicle-Borne Improvised Explosive Device.

he had intel on war crimes and gravitic drive technology allegedly being used in drones. he thought he was being chased for wanting to disclose the info.
