Not exactly in this case. That may be a reason why if he planned the route manually but Teslas maps (which I assume are built into the truck) would have routed him west on 70. https://www.tesla.com/trips#/
It wouldn't suprise me if he took this route to make a stop at Kirkland AFB or something.
70 is not that good a road in the winter. You can make much better time on 25, it strait with minimal hills, you can haul ass much better. I used to live in Denver and use both these roads all the time,
How long does it take to fully charge a cyber truck? Twenty minutes or five hours? If it takes five hours, yea, I can see him wanting to do emotional harm.
Super Charging Station - 1.13 hours - 1 hour and 8 minutes
Public Charging Station - 9.09 hours - 9 hours and 5 minutes
Home Charging Station - 17.39 hours - 17 hours and 23 minutes
I can see why the driver night have taken this route. There might not be as many charging stations on the normal route from Denver to Las Vegas, NV. That route is I-70 West to Utah and I-15 South to Vegas.
I did the I-70 and I-15 route all the way back in 2016 in a Tesla - it was fine. The only possibly reasonable and normal explanation I can give is if he was trying to avoid winter driving.
I also wonder if he was aiming towards Mexico and a change of plans occurred...
That Las Vegas is right on I-25,he had to go threw it.
Best Winter Route
Agree and if you have a tesla, you need to stay on the interstate for charging.

I guess I-70 to I-15 was not viable? Much shorter...

Well, I had to know after reading your comment!

If it took me 17 hours to fill up my whip so I could travel 300 miles, I suck on a gun, too.
Yep, if it was him driving this route I'd like to know what he was up to with all that idle time.
Probably checking in on his ONLYFANS account.
what is that?
Really??????
LOL
You know the lackeys they got driving this thing over there can't read a map!

He could have made the trip via I-70 and I-15, but the only question I have is the near 2 hour distance between Salina and Green River, both locations in Utah.
"Google, navigate to Las Vegas."
