The Senate represents the states and each state elects their representatives.

Yes, and this move by this guy seems like he is just another RINO type.

He fucking knows that this legislation will mean nothing.

The 17th has to be repealed or declared unconstitutional by SCOTUS.

Nothing else will give the States back their power over the senators.
