We are forecast to get up to a foot of snow here in the DMV tomorrow...DJT posting his infamous "storm is upon us" tweet sometime tomorrow, at least for DC area, would be factually true. The DMV is gonna be somewhat paralyzed for 1-2 days before this winter storm moves on....
My nest guess is there will be NO certification today. They will blame the weather. Congress was told NOT TO LEAVE TOWN, and many of them did. R and D alike.
