How is it possible for Trump to gain 2 votes of Nebraska but Vance only received 1? I understand there was one district of Nebraska that typically votes for the Democrat but that threw me off as it doesn't make sense for there to be a split?

That wouldn't make sense as it would be 312 for Trump and 311 for Vance since he didn't "gain" the second vote of Nebraska?
