Ask the democrats for a list of agencies and programs that they want to cut.
The response will either be no response or good programs that the people want. More likely the former.

I personally don't care what anyone wants because they are all unconstitutional, hence illegal. The US Constitution enumerates only 18 powers to the central government. Everything else belongs to the People and the States.
So simple a home schooled 5th grader can explain it.
