Canada, US, and Mexico form North America. It is rightly called the Gulf of America. It is no more the Gulf of Mexico than it is the Gulf of the United States.

I have always believe that it should be OUR gulf. I might be wrong but it sure looks like we have more land area touching the gulf then Mexico.
