These wildfires are caused by arson, not "lightning." It's part of the deliberate destruction of U.S. infrastructure and resources.
The news crews marvel at the sight and say, "Wow, it looks like a war zone!"
THAT'S BECAUSE IT *** IS *** A FUCKING WAR ZONE
IF WE SAID, "THE CHINESE ARE FIREBOMBING CALIFORNIA," WOULD IT LOOK ANY DIFFERENT FROM THE WAY IT LOOKS RIGHT NOW???
WAR WAS DECLARED BY THE MARXISTS LIVING HERE, AND AROUND THE WORLD, WITH THE PURPOSE OF DESTROYING THE UNITED STATES FROM WITHIN.
They couldn't destroy it from the outside with conventional weapons, so they started gutting it and rotting it from the inside - with stolen elections to install communist leaders, floods of enemy men pouring in through an open border, and now flat-out destruction of entire cities and towns.
This is only going to get worse from here now that Trump is coming back.
Hold on to your butts.
I am a 2nd generation Southern Californian and have lived long enough here to see many instances of fire season during Santa Ana wind events. Realize that when winds top 30+ mph (often up to 70+ mph) it is IMPOSSIBLE to fight fire--it becomes a firestorm.
I have been evacuated 5 times for fire and lost my job and home due to a fire in the backcountry of San Diego-Julian. Fire is scary--you can't outrun a fire.
So Cal is a desert with less than 9 inches of rain annually. In the 1930s Wm Mulholland developed plans to bring water from Northern Cal and the Colorado River to Los Angeles.

As a result, the 'desert" of LA blossomed into a metropolis. Homes were built in canyons, hillsides, etc. The same thing happened in San Diego -- to a lesser degree.
My point is to mention that there is a history of fire deeper than - "the evil Chinese or globalists are destroying California". That may be so--but I am not sure why the target would be ultra-liberal, wealthy areas of LA .
Regardless of why and how, there are people in harm's way and I believe we should send our best hopes and prayers for the brave firefighters and people who are losing everything. Let's save the speculation for the aftermath.
Excellent info. But in years past -
was there somehow no water available to fight the fires?
was there absolutely no forest management to clear away dead trees and brush and create firebreaks?
This is what I'm talking about. SoCal has been overbuilt in dry areas for a long time. But water and forest management mysteriously stopped in more recent years.
That's not an accident. That's not "incompetence." That's deliberate.
I understand your point. --Unfortunately, meritocracy is no longer the norm--I see increasing evidence of incompetence at my liberal-run workplace. I wonder daily how these people not only keep a job but rise to leadership. However, it is happening.
I wonder if part of the problem is ultra-liberals mismanaging resources and changing practices that were working.
California is the definition of a S---show. I can't find one person (even a liberal) who voted to keep Gov Newsome at the recall--he won. Yes, perhaps he has some masterplan to partner with China and devastate California. We shall see.
In the meantime, again, let's hope and pray for the people in harm's today.
This article in Q4639, Archived here since it was deleted due to “CPF’s new website” proves they were cutting resources and who knows what level that is at across CA, in fire-prone areas, water droughts, etc. The California Professional Firefighters also endorsed KH…
