Definite shenanigans afoot, from a neglected reservoir to budget cuts, recent and not so recent, to almost 100 fire vehicles sitting in their bone yard rotting for lack of mechanics due to budget cuts....seems pretty planned out to me.

The Fire Chief probably would have been able to contain the blaze if the Mayor hadn’t slashed their budget, refused to fill city reservoirs and donated all their equipment to the Ukrainians. It would have taken a special kind of retarded and Buffoonery to have botched that job with all the resources the city and county should have been able to bring to bear.
But the Diversity Hire gives her a convenient out for blame that falls almost exclusively on her and her shitty administration.

If LAFD has been complaining for several years over this stuff...no money for mechanics, not enough fire personnel, not enough equipment, oh and not meeting the requirements i.e. personnel/equipment per capita and THEN the reservoir which holds millions of gallons of water was not only dry but decommisioned(by whom?)....well the chief could be superwoman. It wouldn't matter. It's like throwing toenail clippings in the grand canyon. Ur not gonna fill it up.
