Great podcast from Valuetainment that explains just some of the hurdles that will need to be overcome BEFORE your rebuild even starts. Rebuilding of county electrical infrastructure. Insurance. Supply chains. Removal of debris. If you have a mortgage - you are probably one of the lucky ones.
