If I had to guess, I would say this proclamation is to set a stage whereby CC Cleaner will release a tool to devisively clear out the so-called deep fakes from our social media platforms. However, buried within the tool, would be a hidden algorithm to also delete the "truth" that would harm the deep state players.
Just a guess.
I don't see how you can use this product after the security breach severaal years ago. Compromised
there is no such thing as cyber security and these breaches usually happen from the inside with infiltration to break the company.
