This is weird. I've been searching on the actual loc.gov. site. It took a lot of effort, but I finally found the URL where they host the Congressional Globe records.
However, the records stop at p. 2882. This excerpt is from p. 2890. Everything from May 30 has disappeared.
It would be very nice to be able to verify this on an official government site, rather than web.archive.org. Really seems like someone doesn't want us doing that.

Also it MAINTAINED American Indian Natives born on reservations with TWO Indian parents on reservations..... WERE NOT US CITIZENS!!!
Proof? Later laws in mid 1920s reversing, making humans born on Indian reservations into US Citizens, though exempt from most burdens of citizenship.
