What the title says. I want to delete my truck since I'm pulling 14k pounds. I know eventually the DPF and other emission passageways are going to catch up to me and Ill have to pay for someone to reinstall the built in failure. If I were to delete now, I cant trade into a dealership. Just makes things tricky down the road.

Disbanding the EPA would be a good start.
Could always form a new agency to deal with the real issues, like actual polluting.
Better yet, take the soon-to-be unemployed members of IRS and ATF (I hope) and set out some pollution bounties. If they find pollution and can put together a prosecution-worthy case, then they get paid.

DESTROY THE ATF!
This may be coming but not yet? There was some legislation passed that would seem to hinder agencies from ‘making laws’, or at least open the door to legally challenge the regulatory bodies like ATF, EPA etc.
I haven’t kept up with any momentum in that direction but I think the groundwork is in place for reversals.
It is possible the commie-fornia ‘smelt’ issue regarding water not being available might be the thing that could ‘open the floodgates’….. just a hunch.
Delete, delete, delete!!!!!
I bought a used Eco-diesel Grand Cherokee Jeep. I then promptly paid $5K to fix all the emissions codes it had. After that? My fuel efficiency dropped from about 27 mpg on the highway, down to about 21. And this is supposed to REDUCE EMISSIONS???? When I lose almost 20% in fuel efficiency?
haha no kidding. It requires more fuel for no apparent reason. Truck ownership would be much cheaper. I drive a 2500 GMC and will be deleting ASAP as its getting close to needing emission work, I suspect. If reversed, think of all the US businesses opening up to provide the delete kits AND install them. Its just a win-win-win, and the final win are the tears.
I don't see these regulations handled this early. You can aim for a year as long as things are moving smoothly.
The nice thing about diesel engines ---- is that they can burn other things --- like nasty seed oils.
