Pres. Trump taking the act of declassifying something does not mean that it automatically flows out the door, and is made available to the public.
According to what I have read from Sundance, when something is declassified, it then goes to the heads of the siloed IC departments who review the declassified information to ensure that things like sources and methods of IC are not disclosed. Then they are the ones who determine what actually gets released.
According to Sundance, The only way this information would be guaranteed to be released to the public, is if President Trump took those file boxes personally into the Brady Room, and using his full plenary power and authority, gave them to the media and said, “I hereby designate under my official act power, that this information is of priority to the American people.”…. and literally handed it to the media.

Do we have any idea who's keeping an eye on those files in the meantime? I suspect/hope they're backed up, and the backups are backed up, so none of the DS MFers get any ideas in the next 15 days.
