So nothing against you OP, but I suspect this guy is a DS disinfo agent. He touches on some very basic aspects of 5GW and psyops, but it appears his message is aimed at people who still have TDS. He says a few things that make no sense unless you think about them from a deranged leftist POV. At one point he says that anyone making the distinction between patriots and traitors is running a psyop.
If you look at his links, he's also selling some kind of psyop training. Total BS from the look of it.
It being on YouTube is also a bit sus. This popped up in my front page last night as well.

Possibly his target audience does not know all we know and these people need the information to break free of their conditioning much more than we need a reminder of what we have learned.
He is reaching the "normies" and that is a good thing.
