I think these "pardons" are not actually pardons, because they do not pardon a specific offense due to judicial misconduct or mistake, which is what a pardon SHOULD be.
We need to get a ruling from SCOTUS on this for all future judicial actions related to pardons/fake pardons.
And if SCOTUS agrees with me, these people can and will be prosecuted for their crimes.
