More low hanging fruit. Our govt couldn’t have been that dumb and naive. 🤔
Trust me, they have been doing this for a long time. When I was still in Oregon, about 20 years ago, I was offered by someone who retired REALLY EARLY with great big pension to established an NGO. At the time, I was like, "What do you mean?"
Naive, but smart enough not to venture there when I didn't understand how or why or where the money coming from.
They hide their deception under the mask of incompetence.
