It was an army helicopter out of Belvoir. I would think a medical emergency suffered by the helicopter pilot more likely as he didn’t answer the tower. Military was mandated the shot, died suddenly always a concern but not necessarily a cause.
I would normally agree, but in cases of air collisions you can almost immediately confirm where each flight originated and who is piloting as well as any distress calls to the tower. So "No INDICATION of Terrorism" is simply that....that there is nothing that INDICATES terrorism. That's not the same as ruling it out entirely.
