He is going just by the air traffic control response. Air traffic should have told the chopper he was too close to the plane and given him directions to move. However they said there was no response from the chopper maybe he had a heart attack they said the chopper was moving up and down and all over the place.
You won’t hear a response from the chopper as it’s military and they communicate VHF, not on traffic frequencies. ATC asked if CRJ could circle to 33 from 1 due to winds, pilots complied and gave the helo pilots a heads up. I can’t remember if there was a heads up given to the pilots of the CRJ…but a second “can you see the CRJ” was given to the helo pilots…now, under 10k’ the plane is lit up…landing lights, wing inspection lights, tail flood lights, nav lights, etc…so, no Fucking clue how they didn’t see the CRJ coming from a mile away

Even if something had happened to the pilot, that's what co-pilots are for.
But what if they both had the fish?
