I dont mean to be a dick, but this happens a fair amount. My commute for years, weekly, was commercial aviation aka flying greyhound. Take offs are the heavy load on the engines. This failed before wheels up, under load. I can honestly say that I have been bounced off (aborted take offs) of aircraft for failures several times. Most of the time, it's not as spectacular as seeing smoke or flames, but all the same as far as impact. Whether it's a sensor or a hard part failure. Even with that said, they can get back with one engine down. What's more scary to me is aborted / evasive aborted landings. I have had a few of those as well, most due to ATC / runway traffic. They can cause a bit of pucker.
Also, currently theres approximately 9500 aircraft up over the US on a Sunday. Not all are strictly US, but I did a quick calculation.
Ave number of passengers on a plane =
According to available data, the average number of passengers on a plane is around 160 passengers per flight, with this figure varying depending on the aircraft type and route, but most commonly falling within a range of 100 to 200 passengers.
Calculation 160 x 9500 planes = 1,520,000 people in the sky. crazy
They want to install the narrative that we still live in doomer days. No. Not today DS. We are winning and we will continue winning..! Nothing can distract us from our goal to MAGA. Prayers for the victims and anyone who will be flying these days. 🙏 🙏 🙏
all planes need to be grounded. this is ridiculous...something is wrong.
That’s probably what the deep state wants. No more deportation flights
no, those won't be stopped
This. Military.
