It was a fight to have a hysterectomy at 45 after 3 lumbar surgeries and 2 children and lots of menstrual cycle issues. Maybe she just got her tubes tied? I've heard they'll do that because it is "reversable"

It’s true but she’s in her late 30s and any pregnancy at her age would be considered “geriatric” and bear higher risk of complications anyway.
