Yep they took al my weapons, guns, cross bow, machete, gun parts, because I had a panic attack due to a gas leak I was not strong enough to turn off. Also my Nieces boyfriend threatened me and my Niece for talking to each other. The police on the phone got mad and told me to quit calling. They took me to the mental ward and the mental ward called my niece to come and get me ASAP. The Dr there only asked if I had been hallucinating. I laughed and told him, the shape I was in it would be more surprising if I hadn't. I told him I started having attacks when the mask thing started. He was the second Dr. that told me I can't wear a mask. My oxygen levels were already too low. At least the police turned off the gas to the heater and closed the doors and windows. There was a good cop in the bunch because I found odd things. A gun was left for me a revolver under my pillow. I NEVER put one there. Also took one of my orgone devices and put it in the fridge. This is something my online cloudbusting community did to reduce the temps without more electricity. I had forgotten about that and it is still there 2 years later.
But the point is they took my weapons for an anxiety attack.
By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, it is hereby ordered:
Section 1. Purpose. The Second Amendment is an indispensable safeguard of security and liberty. It has preserved the right of the American people to protect ourselves, our families, and our freedoms since the founding of our great Nation. Because it is foundational to maintaining all other rights held by Americans, the right to keep and bear arms must not be infringed.
Sec. 2. Plan of Action. (a) Within 30 days of the date of this order, the Attorney General shall examine all orders, regulations, guidance, plans, international agreements, and other actions of executive departments and agencies (agencies) to assess any ongoing infringements of the Second Amendment rights of our citizens, and present a proposed plan of action to the President, through the Domestic Policy Advisor, to protect the Second Amendment rights of all Americans.
(b) In developing such proposed plan of action, the Attorney General shall review, at a minimum:
(i) All Presidential and agencies’ actions from January 2021 through January 2025 that purport to promote safety but may have impinged on the Second Amendment rights of law-abiding citizens;
(ii) Rules promulgated by the Department of Justice, including by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives, from January 2021 through January 2025 pertaining to firearms and/or Federal firearms licensees;
(iii) Agencies’ plans, orders, and actions regarding the so-called “enhanced regulatory enforcement policy” pertaining to firearms and/or Federal firearms licensees;
(iv) Reports and related documents issued by the White House Office of Gun Violence Prevention;
(v) The positions taken by the United States in any and all ongoing and potential litigation that affects or could affect the ability of Americans to exercise their Second Amendment rights;
(vi) Agencies’ classifications of firearms and ammunition; and
(vii) The processing of applications to make, manufacture, transfer, or export firearms.
Sec. 3. Implementation. Upon submission of the proposed plan of action described in section 2 of this order, the Attorney General shall work with the Domestic Policy Advisor to finalize the plan of action and establish a process for implementation.
Sec. 4. General Provisions. (a) Nothing in this order shall be construed to impair or otherwise affect:
(i) the authority granted by law to an executive department, agency, or the head thereof; or
(ii) the functions of the Director of the Office of Management and Budget relating to budgetary, administrative, or legislative proposals.
(b) This order shall be implemented consistent with applicable law and subject to the availability of appropriations.
(c) This order is not intended to, and does not, create any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity by any party against the United States, its departments, agencies, or entities, its officers, employees, or agents, or any other person.
Given it's already part of our God given rights, wouldn't this give the enemy the justification to reverse his executive order in the future which would render our rights as null and void?
If the second amendment itself isn't guarantee enough, what is an executive order gonna do?? And a new president could issue a new executive order anyway. Maybe actually jeopardizing the 2nd amendment.
Is this a distraction from losing our first amendment over antisemitism?
I don't mean to sound dark. I'm very happy with a lot of actions so far. But we should NEVER relax. 1,000 years of successful foolery won't end easily with one man.
First of all, no one lost their first amendment rights over the "antisemitism" executive action. If you read the EO, you would see it was only enforcing "unlawful harassment and violence" against Jews, in response to things like teachers being trapped in their offices on university campuses by angry mobs. Nowhere in the EO did it even mention rhetoric or speech, and only actions that are already unlawful.
Secondly, this EO is solely to ensure federal enforcement of constitutional law, which is (arguably the only) the job of the federal government. When state governments are violating constitutionally-protected rights, the role of the federal government is to intervene to protect the rights of the people.
Most of Trump's EOs, so far, have been orders directing executive agencies to follow and uphold law that they were previously ignoring and/or violating.
It could address and possibly supercede frivolous bullshit in draconian states like CA and NJ on things like mag capacity etc.
Thank you, Mr. President. Now please DESTROY THE ATF.

Trump's EOs are directives for executive agencies.
He's just ordering them to stop ignoring/violating the law, as they've been doing, and to start actively enforcing the law.

Red flag laws need to go!
This seems like theater. I'm sorry.
