President of Rwanda responds to USAID changes:
Kagame: “President Trump, I completely agree with him on many things.”
CNN correspondent encourages him to remember he will be hurt by the changes:
“Even thought it will hurt you Rwanda, who depends on US aid for your health care?”
Kagame: “I think from being hurt we will learn to do things we don’t do that we should be doing”

There was a recent tweet (and repost on GAW) that incorrectly stated a certain Kenyan doctor was calling out the WHO in Kenya and implying it was current. Digging on this revealed that in fact while the doctor is Kenyan, he was addressing the President of Rwanda (a year or two ago).

Side note: I've been thinking about Trump-mania amplifying stations around the place: Milei in South America, Victor Orban in Europe (east), and wondering if or when a similar figure might emerge in Africa. The world needs these Trumpian satelites all around the place.
The only things I know about Kagame is a) he heard the report from the anti-WEF doctor and he responded to Trump (supposedly) as reported.
Those are the only data points I have, and together they made me think "he might be based".
That's as far as it goes.
Do you find it curious that I do not know about these other issues you are reporting, or that I would think that he might be based on such flimsy evidence (my two data points), or that I know about those other issues (I don't), and still could think he might be based...?
I'm wondering what you are finding curious here...
