When you search datarepublican.com which is the site which contains all the interweb of funding from USAID, you see an entry for America's Future
So, since 1946, they have received potentially a couple of million tax payer funds, if at all. Maybe potentially some of it found itself to the guy who made "Out of the Shadows".
Does this make me angry? Hell no. If tax payer funds helped create Out of the Shadows, it makes me happy (even though I am pretty they didnt really get much of this money, let alone tax payer money)

I agree. Not sure when usaid went full monte corrupt, but back in the day when authorizations and appropriation bills were considered in bills for each agency or department, hiding stuff was much more difficult.
Essentially, having to go through two subcommittes, two full committees an then the house full committee AND go through essentially the same in the senate meant there was an audit. When that stopped, all sorts of stuff obviously went south.
