There is one other remedy. If they have committed crimes. They can be arrested. You don't need Congress to arrest a Federal Judge who took bribes or is a pedophile.
District court judges in CA do not have oaths of office. Confirmed myself. NY, IL, WA, OR also suspected to be the same. Done intentionally to prevent execution for treason. They can be prosecuted for both Civil and Criminal fraud, however. Civil fraud statute penalty is 3x actual and 200x punitive damages. This would be enough to bankrupt them all. Trace any bribes back to foreign nationals or cartels, and they can also potentially have their citizenship stripped and then be DEPORTED.
Any judge appointed by British citizen Obama can also potentially be frozen with a Writ of Prohibition and/or have their whole term vacated, ab initio, for accepting a fraudulent appointment. It is strongly suspected that ALL Obama appointees have NO OATHS, specifically to avoid treason charges. All CA Obama appointees (and probably Biden appointees) at District and 9th Circuit levels have NO OATHS OF OFFICE.
