I voted for Mastriano, not Shapiro. You can put a heavy piece of concrete on top of an abandoned well quite cheaply. You can board up a mine opening. I think Shapiro still has the highest gas tax in the nation, I’d recommend buying in any surrounding state if possible. I live about 10 miles from the state line and lots of people in my town buy more gas in Maryland than our state of Pennsylvania. Shapiro has done less for Pa than Mastriano.
