Unknown if they were including illegals in that calc. Method of deployment unknown. Maybe they switch our "Social Security Accounts" into stakes in SWF. That is one seemingly reasonable way to do it.
Point is that a stake in SWF would be equivalent to a NESARA-type of deployment, but we probably need to fix our currency first (before ANY of the SWF stake distributions) by modifying it from a DEBT NOTE to the U.S. DOLLAR once again.
