What i am saying is the congestion pricing has zero to do with the mta or anything it is reported to be used for. It is a back room deal for the politicians to get money in their pocket. That is why hockul is fighting to charge new workers. If the $9 daily fee is the proper number to "help" who hokul says it helps out, then raising all of nyc a couple pennies in property taxes would be enough to cover that cost. Maybe the rise in property taxes would cause public outcry and residents would demand their property taxes be lowered.
