IT always falls under suspicion. I don't know how many times I've had to convince someone that we don't just sit around and read other people's email.
When I was an admin, I spent hours reading stuff a lot more boring than other people's emails, I was reading through log files.
Those are a sure cure for insomnia unless you're really hunting down a pressing issue.
