As far as I can tell, Clinton was not one of the "customers". He was one of the "administrators". The whole Epstein island was a joint operation between Mossad and Rockefeller branches, and we can deduce that the impeachment was used to force terms on him.
Epstein Files has both Mossad clients and the Rockefeller clients. We wont see the full client list until we hit the "Saving Israel for last" - aka the Rockefeller/China faction is fully brought down.
