John Mina is a hack. Orange County has gone down hill since he's been Sheriff. His deputies aren't patrolling like they should, they don't train with other agencies very often, and under Mina, they're more concerned with upholding Liberal policies than any actual crime fighting. He's just another asshat of the same vein as Val Demmings.
