Logan Act may not be Constitutional or SCOTUS may have restricted it. It is currently not enforced for some reason. Easy way for Dems to “put Trump in prison” theoretically for all of his meetings with foreign leaders prior to 11-5-24. Why don’t they just do that? Hmmm...weird.

They sure went hard against Flynn on this exact issue.
