Nuland has many enemies. The others do too, but Nuland is in a class of her own. Russia, regular Ukrainian citizens, and citizens of the many other countries she has either caused or tried to cause color revolutions absolutely hate her.

If we don't arrest her, someone will do worse when they find her.
