I'm pretty sure we are watching an op from the outside, with no information about what's really going on inside.

What you call the dud drop might have actually been very fruitful. We just don't know its true purpose or its intended audience.

If you were one of the people sure to be named, how would you have reacted to the announcement of the list dropping and arrests being made?
