Repeat Offenders, Most of them...If you Black and 'Kill' someone or rape someone they will give you bail of about R2000 ($110)on average... If you're white and call blacks Monkeys on a SM post you get a Fine of R150,000($8000) and some time in Prison... Make it make sense...
