I wouldn't say "unfounded", but she should be given more latitude and the benefit of the doubt. Going on Fox and describing documents she didn't have as being disturbing wasn't the smartest move on her part.

What did she accomplish in doing that?

Are more people now demanding the release of the files kept secret by SDNY?

What would the optics have been if Kash raided the SDNY without first bringing this issue to the news cycle?
