Nah, Donna was just a retard who leaked debate questions to the Clinton campaign.
I think it was Debbie was-a-man Shultz who was running the DNC at the time of Seth’s murder. Donna only came in after Debbie got busted rigging the primaries for Hillary against Bernie. I’d bet my house she has Seth Rich’s blood all over her hands too.
And she’s still skulking around DC, you see her in the shadows off camera almost all the time. She was present for the speech tonight as well.

Donna was at the hospital where SR was taken, and it was stated he was still potentially alive when he arrived.

I HAVE heard the rumour that Seth was still alive when he reached the hospital. Pretty chilling.
Might be the reason why Trump shook his fist and yelled, “fight fight fight,” in Butler; to show everyone he was fine so there wouldn’t be a second attempt at the hospital later that day 🤔
