It will be released, ONLY after Ukraine and China are neutralized and we are in the "Saving Israel for last" stage of this war.
That is how the last domino will fall.

If they a re not fully released by the end of Trump's term, the MAGA base will turn on him like never before seen. There is a level of awareness amongst MAGA that is unprecedented and i look at it as an "insurance policy" against Trump turning out to be evil.

Good point. The diehard MAGA are scrutinizing every move while still trusting in a plan that's being executed. However, it's "put up or shut up" time for the US Government....
