Majority rule? Where the fuck did you learn that? Majority rule is mob rule- democracy. We are a constitutional republic and as such my principles would not allow for a majority rule regardless of precedent. As for executive orders, we can see how easily they’re scrapped at the beginning of an administration.
Lastly, we have the God given right to happiness and that is subjective as all hell🤣
In 4 years never have I've never said we're a democracy. I'm aware we are a Constitutional Republic. All of the talking heads are who need that lesson.
The majority voted for Trump. Trump is our current leader. Majority wins - chooses who to rule, hence my post.

A democracy is a political system in which the people periodically, by majority, vote at the poll to select rulers. The rulers then have absolute power by majority vote among themselves.
In a Constitutional Republic, the people, also by majority vote among themselves, select rulers who make laws. However, the rulers cannot make any laws they please because the Constitution severely restricts their law-making power. The ideal of a Democracy is Universal Equality. The ideal of a Constitutional Republic is Individual Liberty.
