No. This was a separate lawsuit. The SC ruling yesterday only said Trump had to pay the US aid that had already been completed, and it sent the case back to the lower court...where that crooked judge will probably say Trump has to pay it all, of course. But then, Trump can appeal.
Meanwhile, the Senate is moving towards rescinding the 500B USAID funds that congress had already approved. That will take the power out of the crooked judge's hands.
There is also talk of repealing the 1974 impound law that allows a president to pull back funds moving through the Executive Branch, since he is the boss there.
