Unless, for some reason it has to go the Supreme Court, where we wouldn't be able to be certain this decision (as correct as it is) would be the same. What happened to the Supremes?? I wouldn't hazard a guess if this is going to go to the Supreme Court-it may not, but I am just saying, we wouldn't be able to trust them to come to the same decision.
