Lady cop sees driver try to hit a cyclist. She intervenes, rams him, chases him on foot, yelling, "Stop!" He's crazy and tries to hit her w/ tire iron. Cyclist tackles him and can barely hold him. Exactly! She was brave & did the best she could do to protect the innocent. Good for her. Her department should have given her better resources but IDK the circumstances. Maybe she was a meter maid coming back from a shift & just happened to run into this, etc
