I prefer the graphene aerogel vacuum balloon theory. Metallic aerogels are extremely light, and if emptied of air via some type of pump or turbine, would be lighter than the atmosphere.

It's a great rabbit hole, it essentially leaves you at the conclusion that a lot of these tic tac or sphere shaped UAPs are simply man made balloon like sensor platforms
