Most of it is coded to obscure the super specific data like time coherence. They obviously can't spell out operational specifics to the public. The Q proofs are really the best place to get the most important info. Just sync it up with the news. "How many coincidences before mathematically impossible" Think of the Q drops as a dictionary and thesaurus for a plan that we haven't gotten to see yet.
