You may be thinking of this site myrotvorets.

I'd be careful inputing names and information on there... absolutely use a VPN and consider the implications as to inputting random names.

This wiki version has all of the American names listed and is easier to navigate.

Trump, Musk, Gabbard, Rand Paul, and many others have been on there for a while. Vance may have recently been added. It is interesting their site tracks back to CIA servers.
