EXACTLY. I did 6 FLIPL investigations when I was with Accessions Command in 2016-2017.

I always tried to find 'no fault' for the soldiers. But once or twice ... all the empathy on the planet wouldn't help those retards. Most are honest mistakes, but sometimes soldiers just do mind numbingly stupid shit.
